Westnew Management Limited, part of Oceana Group (Holdings) Limited, have been in the business of renting, buying and selling property since 1999.
All the properties on this website are owned by ourselves and we delight in renovating properties, bringing them back to life for people to enjoy once more. In total we own 170 rental properties and we also have an ongoing buy - renovate - sell process.

About Us
Oceana group is a well established property management and development company based at Oceana Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne. Since forming the group in the 1990s we have gained more than 10 years experience of residential and commercial property management in the North East, and since becoming Oceana Group in 2004 we have expanded overseas with residential property in Europe.
Oceana Group Holdings Ltd employs 15 full time staff and our portfolio currently includes around 150 residential homes (houses / flats) in the North East of England, 50 of which are in and around Newcastle upon Tyne, with a further 100 houses in County Durham.
Oceana Group specialises in acquiring and renovating both residential and commercial property freeholds to the highest of standards. Rather than relying on capital appreciation, we let our properties which means a more reliable return on our investments and cost-effective option for potential tenants. Our main aim is to provide affordable, commercial and residential lets to businesses and individuals across the North.
