All the properties on this website are owned by ourselves and we delight in renovating properties, bringing them back to life for people to enjoy once more. In total we own 170 rental properties and we also have an ongoing buy - renovate - sell process.

Our History
Westnew Management Limited, part of Oceana Group (Holdings) Limited, have been in the business of renting, buying and selling property since 1999.
The group first formed back in the 1990's under the name of it's first group, Westnew Properties Ltd. Starting out with a portfolio of just 22 residential properties out goal was to offer not just house, but home. By offering outstanding customer satisfaction, competitive rates and unrivaled presentation, Westnew Properties flourished and grew, and in 2004 Oceana Group Holdings Ltd was formed with the consolidation of various different companies within the Group.
Our experience and dedication has since continued to grow. We currently offer over 150 homes across the North East of England, from Newcastle, to Durham, as well as expanding abroad over 8 years ago with a further 40, 3 bedroom apartments in Germany.
